A Message from the Instructor
I am dedicated to hospitality training. My purpose and goal are to provide all students hands on training in Mixology, Bartending and TIPS alcohol awareness, and to develop top notch personel for all aspects of the expanding hospitality industry. This is achieved through small classes; each student is working at their own bar station. No large classes where you wait your turn to pour. This is hands on training, pouring hundreds of drinks each class!

Connecticut is the center of an incredible hospitality boom, and there are thousands of licensed establishments throughout New England alone, employing six plus bartenders each on average.
