Our Philosophy

A Message from the Instructor

I am dedicated to hospitality training. My purpose and goal are to provide all students hands on training in Mixology, Bartending and TIPS alcohol awareness, and to develop top notch personel for all aspects of the expanding hospitality industry in CT, New York, RI, MA and the United States. This is achieved through small classes; each student is working at their own bar station. No large classes where you wait your turn to pour. This is hands on training, pouring hundreds of drinks each class!

Connecticut School of Bartending Certified graduates are successfully employed throughout CT, New York, RI, Mass and New England, the United States and the World. We offer the strongest Certification credentials available. We are training Bar, Club and Restaurant owners too. Now at 60 plus.

Connecticut is the center of an incredible hospitality boom, and there are many thousands of licensed establishments throughout New England alone, continuously employing  bartenders.

Connecticut School of Bartending Certification puts you on target to a secure future in the hospitality industry. Bartenders enjoy the luxury of flexible hours, full time or part time employment at the many locations in the hospitality industry, as well as, seasonal work at an island resort or at the ski slopes- or BOTH!

For 30 years being a “Pouring Pro” has made my life fun, taken the edge off daily stress, allowed me to meet new people, travel, or make business contacts, and created a wealth of friends. ALL THIS and financial success! Upon graduation you too will be a Certified Bartender, a  ”Pouring Pro”.               I guarantee it 100%.
