School Curriculum
Our classroom has an equipped bar and an actual nightclub atmosphere. Students will receive hands-on training, preparing traditional as well as the latest popular drinks, and a thorough practice of pouring and bartending skills.
Students will learn everything from properly garnishing a drink to the appropriate glass size to use. Our school truly offers students the complete training they need to be a qualified and professional bartender and mixologist.
Our graduates will learn and become certified in alcohol awareness and responsibility through the T.I.P.S. training program included in the curriculum. Upon successful completion of the course, graduates will receive a certificate of achievement in Professional Bartending/ Mixology and T.I.P.S. certification.
Our professional bartending / mixology program is a total of thirty hours which can be completed over a one to two week period. This conveniently allows people to work or handle other responsibilities while attending class. The one-week course runs from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The two-week course runs from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The tuition for the Connecticut School of Bartending is $500.00 plus a $50.00 administration fee, totaling $550.00. This includes your manual and I.D. card. For your convenience we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, personal check or money order.
